Worship Band

.
.
Our Worship Band is a small group ministry, as we not only get together to prepare great music for Sunday morning worship, we also pray for each other and grow in faith together. We have a deep love for contemporary Christian music and seek to offer excellent quality so as to invite people into a deep worshipful experience. If you’d like more information about becoming a part of the band, please contact Pastor Heather (pastor@newlifelc.com) or Sandy Kowal (sandy@simplycreativeproductions.com)

Caring Teams

.
We have two ministry teams which care for those within our church and community:

  • CARE TEAM – these individuals reach out to others with the love of Christ through cards, meals, and other hands-on caring methods, especially when someone is going through a rough time, following surgery, or a death in the family.
  • PRAYER TEAM – we regularly are praying as a whole congregation, but this particular group of people feel called to go above and beyond with their prayers. They also assist Pastor Heather with our other prayer spaces and ministries

Faith in Action Teams

We also have teams that live out their faith in active ways – also serving the church and community:

  • WELCOME TEAM – this team ensures the welcoming atmosphere New Life is known for, especially on Sunday mornings.
  • PROPERTY TEAM – this team oversees twice a year All-Church clean-ups and helps the property manager with other projects.
  • SOCIAL PURPOSE TEAM – this team seeks ways to enhance our conversations about equity and justice of all kinds, and oversees distribution of our Social Purpose Fund to people in our community.
