The Five Love Languages
The Secret to Love that Lasts
Our couple's ministry team is facilitating a book study on Gary Chapman's well know "5 Love Languages" written to give couples insights on the variety of expressions of love. This study applies to all couples in relationship - those considering marriage, couples with children, couples without children, couples who have been married many years and so on. The book covers 5 expressions of love and helps us discover our own primary love language and our partner's too. Beginning Life Together
God's Purposes for Your Life

Better Together "What on Earth are We Here For?"
From the beginning, God planned for us to do his will alongside others. Why? Because we're better together! In six dynamic sessions, Rick Warren offers biblical examples and practical applications to help you fulfill five purposes God has for you; reaching out, belonging, growing, serving, and worshiping. You'll learn how God uses others for your spiritual growth! Join us for this wonderful DVD teaching, prayer, good conversation and friendship.
If this is your first time as part of a women's gathering or your 21st, you will be part of a setting that is safe and supportive. We meet weekly at New Life. Dust ofthe Rabbi
"Becoming Jesus' Disciple"
What is it to be a disciple of Jesus? What was it like in Jesus' day? How might what happened then have an impact upon what happens in our lives now? On August 21, 28 and September 4, during worship, New Life will be introducing our expanding Sunday morning adult education ministry with a DVD series called, "In the Dust of the Rabbi." This will lead into a 10:30 a.m. adult education class on September 18 and 25.
Sign up to participate in class and bring a friend with you. Class will be a continuation of the sermon series with time for discussion and further DVD teaching by Ray Vander Laan, pastor, teacher and founder of "That You May Know" ministries. online registration
